Wendy Williams Slams Kim Kardashian, Kanye West After His Wiz Khalifa Feud: We Met ‘Your Wife on Her Back’
Ouch. Wendy Williams slammed Kim Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West, on Thursday, January 28, while weighing in on Yeezy and Wiz Khalifa’s recent Twitter feud during a segment on her show.
In case you missed it, during the rappers’ online argument on Wednesday, January 27, West, 38, brought up his ex-girlfriend and Khalifa’s ex-wife, Amber Rose. The “Facts” rapper mocked Rose’s previous occupation as a stripper, telling Khalifa he let her “trap” him.
“The idea that he’s going after Wiz like this is crazy,” Williams said. “The idea that you’re talking about Amber being a stripper — you’re not saying anything that she hasn’t admitted herself. As a matter of fact, Kanye, you're the one who gave this stripper her come-up and, by the way, we recall meeting your wife on her back.”
The talk show host was obviously referring to Kardashian’s 2003 sex tape with then-boyfriend Ray J, which leaked in 2007 and turned her into a household name.
“I’m embarrassed for Kim Kardashian,” Williams continued. “I’m not even going to call you 'West' because clearly that’s not a real marriage. … Like, why is Kanye still talking about [his ex] Amber? What kind of respect, or lack thereof, does he have for his new son, Saint, or his daughter? Why are you talking like that?”
For the record, this isn’t the first time Williams and the Wests have beefed. While Kardashian was pregnant with Saint, Williams joked in June 2015 that the couple were hiding a surrogate from Thailand in their home.
“Please! This is the type of stuff I will address. If I got a surrogate I would say I did! Thankfully I didn't have 2,” Kardashian later tweeted to a fan. “Trust me I won't give lames the time of day!Don't have that much free time now! Still have about 30 businesses 2run😜,” she added to another concerned fan.
Kardashian’s tweets were so out of the norm for the usually calm reality star that she later explained that Twitter thought she had been hacked.
