Playboy Mansion Up For Sale; Going For $200 Million

Well, we have news for you, The Playboy Mansion will soon be up for sale. Yes, you heard it right, The Playboy Mansion could be yours for an estimated $200 million, according to TMZ.
The stipulation of any sale would require Hugh Hefner, 89, a life estate so that he can continue to live in the home. Hugh's iconic 22,000-square-foot, 29-room home, sits on more than 5 acres in Los Angeles' Holmby Hills neighborhood.
The Playboy Mansion should be listed within the next month. It was built in 1927, and was first purchased by the Playboy founder in 1971 for about $1 million. Since Hugh's initial purchase of the mansion, the cost of the property has continued to increase.
The Playboy Mansion and its many features include; the grotto pool, lavish bedrooms, and extraordinary architecture. Many of the parties took place at the pool. You may remember seeing the Playboy Mansion from TV shows and movies such as; Sex and City, The Apprentice, and The House Bunny.
The house is currently owned by Hugh's company, Playboy Enterprises, which owns the magazine and all related licensing and which now rents the property to Hugh and also corporate events.
