Sylvester Stallone’s La Quinta Home Is Up For $4.199 Million

Its time to move out of roles as well as homes! While Sylvester Stallone is retiring from playing John Rambo in the Rambo film series, he is also letting go of his Californian home. The 69 year old American actor has listed his desert home in a gated La Quinta community for $4.199 million.

Standing on half an acre, the stone faced villa with red tile roof was built in 2008. Boasting of Spanish and Mediterranean elements, the 5,173 square feet villa is home to four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a powder room.

Nestled in the upscale La Quinta community near Palm Springs, the property was purchased by Sylvester Stallone for $4.5 million in 2010.

The two storey villa opens up to include a large living room, an entertainment center with a fireplace and wet bar, a formal dining room, a wine room, a laundry room, a breakfast nook, an island kitchen, a walk-in pantry as well as a climate controlled wine closet.

The interior details include wood shutters, wood ceilings and granite slab counters.

It also comes with two master suites fitted with stone fireplaces, wet bars, walk-in closets and dual vanities. Pocket doors effortlessly connect indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Los Angeles Times report that the custom-designed swimming pool area has a spa that overlooks a rock creek and a green belt. The fire pit and barbecue center take in views of the surrounding mountains.

Stallone’s property also comes with a garage that can house two cars and one golf cart.
