Bulgari certainly is a Midas of sorts, for whatever it touches, instantly turns into a masterpiece. And in the quest of delivery excellence, the brand has now re-invented the Lvcea, its Latin-styled wrist-watch for women that first hit shelves back in 2014. In its renewed avatar, the exclusive timepiece comes with a Tubogas bracelet, another of Bulgari’s iconic designs that is elegant, intriguing and par brilliance.

While the Lvcea is inspired by the timeless beauty of Rome and its symmetry, the Tubogas, with its springy design has another tale to narrate. Initially found in Egyptian jewelry, the Tubogas has evolved overtime from its serpent-like form into more refined piece of luxury. Taken to by Bulgari in 1970, the Tubogas has certainly become the brand’s most iconic design over the last two decades. As for the new Lvcea, the super-glam timepiece comes in two variants: a stainless-steel Tubogas with a black lacquer dial or a stainless steel and rose gold Tubogas with a white mother of pearl dial.

The new Bulgari wonder further comes in two sizes of 28mm and 33mm, with the larger one being powered by an in-house mechanical automatic-winding caliber, along with a date window. The smaller size on the other hand comes in quartz, with diamond hour markers and a crown embezzled with a pink cabochon-cut gemstone. The fabulous timepiece was recently showcased at Baselworld 2018 by actress and ambassador of Lvcea, Shu Qi.
