After Net-a-porter’s successful collaborations with brands like Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi is the latest fashion house to launch an exclusive capsule collection with the online luxury retailer. The collection promises to serve up Fendi’s mix of expert craftsmanship and design with their double F logo serving as a prominent motif throughout the collection.
To say that this is a logo-heavy collection would be a huge understatement. The bold, black logo is everywhere, covering iPhone covers and mini Kan I bags, making a strong statement on Rockoko sneakers and peeking through the famous Peekaboo bag. If logos are not your thing, skip straight to the few items that don’t showcase it: the sunglasses, all white Kan I and the wallet on a chain.
This particular collection is one of the relatively fewer logo-centric ranges on the market since the trend has slowed down considerable in the past few years. But we do picture at least some of these items gaining popularity with streetwear lovers. Two color schemes dominate the collection: tobacco/black and white/black.
The collection launches online on April 13, but Fendi lovers in Hong Kong and Dubai should visit the pop-up stores planned for those cities on the 12th of April.
"We are success!"
