‘My Burberry Blush’ campaign

Come August, Burberry will be launching the latest addition to if fragrance collection. Inspired by the gardens in London, the Eau de Parfum which is called “My Burberry Blush” is the result of a collaboration between Burberry’s CEO Christopher Bailey and famed perfumer Francis Kurkdjian. Described as a bright, fresh and feminine scent, it represents the first light of day ‘as flowers blossom with a spirited burst of energy’

The fragrance opens with glazed pomegranate and vibrant lemon before giving way to delicate rose petal notes and crisp apple. At the base, the scent boasts jasmine and wisteria. Fronted by Lily James, this will be the second fragrance campaign for the English rose and will be shot by Mario Testino. Capturing the feminine elements of the fragrance and its soft pink hue, the bottle sports the signature My Burberry design that we have come to recognise, albeit with a lighter-shade horn-look lid. Joining the lid that was inspired by the buttons found on the iconic Burberry trench coat, the lid is joined by a hand-tied gabardine know on the neck of the bottle.

Much like the My Burberry Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette and My Burberry Black, customers can personalise their bottles using the monogramming service that is available online and in select Burberry stores. Accompanying the fragrance is a new makeup range called the Blush Collection that is complete with a limited-edition powder palette with shades of delicate pinks and soft nudes.
