Drake Announces ‘Please Forgive Me’ Short Film Release Date

Drake’s fourth solo LP VIEWS dominated the radio and charts this year, already moving over 3 million copies. While the album is Drake’s most successful to date, there’s been no music videos to support VIEWS. Last week, the Canadian rapper announced a short-film titled Please Forgive Me is on the way, and early Friday morning (Aug. 26) Drizzy gave fans an update, revealing the project will drop on September 30.

Co-directed by Anthony Mandler, the short-film will be scored by Drake’s go-to producer Noah “40” Shebib. It’s rumored Please Forgive Me will include music videos for the singles “One Dance,” “Controlla,” and “Child’s Play.”
